Rothes Halls is an entertainment and conference venue located right in the centre of Glenrothes, adjoining the Kingdom Shopping Centre.
Its vibrant programme includes popular music, big-name comedy, drama, dance and children's shows. Uniquely in Fife, Rothes Halls can stage large-scale, site-specific theatre productions.
Our FifeSpace & FotoSpace visual arts galleries are located on the first floor and host new exhibitions every six weeks, ranging from nationally-recognised names to touring exhibitions and local artists' work.
We are now home to Fife's newest Escape Room, Cryptic Kingdom and are also one of Fife's premier conference venues.

Rothes Halls is in Glenrothes Town Centre at the west end of the Kingdom Shopping Centre.
By car
Glenrothes is on the A92. Once in central Glenrothes, Rothes Halls is well signposted, and there are several car parks adjacent to the venue. The large, ground-level car park is free for up to three hours’ parking. The multi-storey car park next to the venue is open until 8.45pm Monday to Friday, and 6.45pm at weekends. You can park on the top floor of the multi-storey car park for £1 all day.
By bus
Glenrothes Bus Station is east of the Kingdom Shopping Centre, a five-minute walk from Rothes Halls.
By train
Markinch Station, on the East Coast rail line, is 2.6 miles from Glenrothes, around six minutes’ drive time. Thornton Station, on the Fife Circle rail line, is four miles from Glenrothes, around 10 minutes’ drive time.
Rothes Halls is fully accessible, with:
Accessible entrances and automatic doors.
Induction loop in main auditoriums.
Accessible adapted toilet facilities on ground and first floors.
All floors of the venue accessible via a lift.
Ample disabled parking spaces available in the adjacent car parks.
Guide dogs welcome at all our venues.
We have 16 wheelchair spaces available in the main auditorium for our events. It would help us greatly if you booked for a space in advance. Please notify Box Office if you have any special requirements.
