Ayr Gaiety theatre has a rich heritage being one of Scotland’s oldest theatres, opening in 1902.

It is famous for its place in the history of variety theatre with many famous performers having appeared on its stage.

The auditorium at The Gaiety is traditional pros arch with great acoustics. The performers love playing it and it is clear that Vince, Jeremy and all their local volunteers do a great job creating the right atmosphere for their audience.
