The Lemon Tree’s artistic programme celebrates the new, up and coming, experimental and alternative in music, theatre, dance, performance art, comedy, spoken word and creative learning. Producing and presenting tomorrow’s legends today, welcoming local and international artists and companies, hosting boundary pushing Artist in Residence programmes, supporting emergent practitioners and homegrown talent and acting as a festivals hub for the North-east. And discover Freshly Squeezed, new voices in music and theatre.

Level access is available from the side door on Shoe Lane, please ring the bell for access.
Wheelchair users can be accommodated for all events.
There is a lift in the foyer to gain access to the first floor Studio.
Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome
