A lovely, friendly venue in the heart of Kilmarnock. In its 150-plus years as a space for entertainment, the Palace Theatre and neighbouring Grand Hall have housed a host of stars and companies on their bill, including Kevin Bridges, Dorothy Paul, Wildcat Theatre, Calvin Harris, Will Fyffe, 7.84 Theatre, Scottish Opera, Rikki Fulton, Chic Murray, Billy Connelly and of course Rapture Theatre, to name but a few.
Arriving by Train
Exit the train station and cross the road ahead, bear left along West George St, turn right at Gala Bingo and proceed down the pedestrian precinct to The Cross. Exit the bus station at the south side either through the mall (turn right into the mall then left to the bottom of the mall and left again to exit the mall and proceed through the underpass). Alternatively exit through the perspex tunnel in the bus station and cross Green Street to the venue.
Arriving on Foot
Proceed to the town centre and access the venue through Burns Mall. Or approach via London Road or along Green St to the south.
